How it works
Four steps in the member app — same story on web and phone. This page is the marketing version; the live marketplace is at app.becommerce.deviceniq.com.
Sign up with your phone number and verify your address in a becommerce neighborhood. You receive 100 welcome becommerce coins. Posts show your neighborhood — never your street.
List a thing with a photo and asking coins, or a skill with weekly slots. Search by category, neighborhood, distance in miles, and weekend availability.
Pay the asking coins, offer a different amount, propose a straight swap when the post is open for exchange, or book a slot. Trade Chat stays attached to the trade.
When an offer is accepted, coins move into a hold. Meet, hand off or finish the session, and both tap confirm. Coins release and you both leave a review.
Lifecycle
The same states appear in Trade Chat, your wallet, and the operations desk when something needs a person.
If either side reports a problem before confirming, the trade becomes a case. Coins stay held while a becommerce operations agent reviews chat, photos, and history. See Trust & safety and Operations.
Food extras, outgrown kids' gear, furniture, sports equipment. Pickup on the porch or at a public meet point — for example Frisco Commons Park or the Little Elm Public Library.
Browse in the member app
Lessons, coaching, home help, beauty, and party help. Neighbors set weekly slots; you book a time. Coins are held when you book and released after the session.
