How we protect members
These are product rules — not marketing promises. The member app enforces them on every offer.
Parks, libraries, and trailheads are seeded from real maps. Members finish exchanges in the open — not at a stranger’s door by default.
An accepted offer locks coins on the ledger. Nobody is paid for a no-show while that trade is still open.
When chat is not enough, staff search the order or post, read the event history, and release, return, or split coins. Commerce support — not a device NOC.

Open a shopping issue from trades or appointments. Coins on that trade freeze until the case closes.
Members earn becommerce coins in the community. They cannot buy them or mint them from the phone.
